Ingredients
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean regular sausage
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped fine
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine sausage, baking mix, cheese, pepper and pimento, and mix well.
- Shape into 1/2-inch balls, and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
