Shrimp DeJonghe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne pepper and wine. Whisk thoroughly.
  3. Stir breadcrumbs into butter-wine mixture. Set aside.
  4. Add shrimp to a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the shrimp.
  6. Bake until breadcrumbs brown slightly, about 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve with toasted slices of Italian bread.
